Cultural Development

Participatory & Intermunicipal

Cultural as a Location Factor

Culture is a significant location factor and an important component of regional development policy. Cultural offerings create and maintain quality of life. They also have the great potential to attract people to rural areas, foster identity, and offer social participation.

Cultural Transformation

Culture is currently undergoing a tremendous transformation. Times of major societal reorganization demand further development in the cultural sector. To meet the numerous new requirements, enabling structures are needed to strengthen cooperation, so that sustainable projects and developments can be initiated.

Experiencing Culture Digitally

A reorientation of the cultural sector, particularly towards digitalization, has become necessary. It is therefore essential to actively shape and advance this transformation for the future viability of the regional cultural sector.
